Fitness Pilates mixes Pilates based exercise with modern stretch and gentle body conditioning technique. This is a fun, easy to follow session designed to tone your abdominals, strengthen your back, enhance your posture, control your balance and maintain flexibility.

There is a happy mix of standing and floor work exercises or chair based for those who can’t make it down to the floor.

All abilities, ages and levels are catered for. A perfect, non-impact exercise to get your body moving.
