Classes are run by an ABA England Coach Traci Thorne who is a Level 2 Coach for Crawley Boxing Club in Crawley West Sussex.

This class is designed to teach you stance, footwork, guard, boxing combinations and defence. Its a hard boxing fitness class that’s is designed for people that perhaps do not want to compete in the boxing world but want to learn the art of boxing and get fit at the same time.

These classes are designed for men and women and are aimed at all fitness levels.

So if you are just starting out on your fitness regime or have finished your career in boxing and just want to get fit then we are the class for you!
